Job Description
- Lead and oversee the Credit Review/Approval process, ensuring adherence to credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Credit Remedial/Special Asset Management activities, including the identification, assessment, and resolution of distressed credits.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for Credit Administration, ensuring efficient and effective credit operations.
- Develop and implement robust Credit Policy/Credit Governance frameworks aligned with international standards and best practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in risk and credit concepts, banking products/operations/systems, and relevant regulatory frameworks, including International Accounting Standards.
- Independently manage multiple tasks and projects, exhibiting strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Foster a flexible and collaborative team environment, inspiring and motivating a diverse workforce.
- Provide coaching and training to staff, nurturing their professional development under supervision.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities, driving team performance and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Stay abreast of key subsidiaries' markets and banking environments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with excellent presentation skills.
