Job Description :
- Monitor all the daily operations of the Housekeeping & Security (pest control & land, including the cleanliness of all public areas daily (Office Tower High Rise Building)
- Lead, hire, and train office housekeeping (vendor) to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- To monitoring regular training of Housekeeping & Security
- Oversee the housekeeping department budget and workplan, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies
- Ensure all readiness equipment is in proper working condition
- Check all log sheet daily and take corrective measures accordingly.
- Keep informed of all the activities and incidence in Building Management.
- Coordinate with the outside agencies or vendors for repair and maintenance work.
- Represent HK & Sec. department on BM meeting
- Provide supervision and leadership to colleagues within his area of the Housekeeping Services
- Daily coordination of the Technical services department in his/her area of responsibility.
- Prepare reports, maintain inventories, and keep accurate records, order equipment and supplies
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of any majors
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in handling > 30.000 sq m building
- Previous leadership experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Chief Housekeeping & Security or similar required
- Proven ability to handle multiple task with a focus on results
- Service oriented with an eye for detail
