Company is a digital engagement solutions partnering with one of the telecommunication company in Indonesia
Tailored engagement solutions based on first-party data for effective customer interaction.

Drive the product vision, strategy and delivery for both existing and new products.
Creating your own roadmap and communicate the vision and goals to stakeholders and users; reporting to CEO & Deputy CEO.
Provide strategic direction to enhance Product Management Excellence, ensuring development and enhancement are being prioritized in the ideal sequence that are fitting the industry pace, yet scalable at the same time.
Proactively sought new opportunities taking form of new technologies, partnerships, business model (working hand in hand with business team) for new revenue generator product development / process improvement product development.
Set up and define manpower planning for Product Department that includes Product Management & Product Design Department.
Ensure the growth of team members through setting up tangible metrics and formulating key skillsets to be developed.
Working side by side with other C Levels to ensure cross department collaboration is in place and run smoothly.
Leading teams consisting of Product, Design and Engineers

A Bachelor's / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management
At least 8+ years of product management experience
Is currently in Head of Product/VP/C-level role
Has experience in leading a product team in a product driven company.
Has deep knowledge in technical product management, ideally someone who came from computer background
Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, confident communicator and has strong entrepreneurial spirit. Curious and highly proactive behaviour is a must.
Strong leadership, team-building and mentorship experience.
Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication
Ability to emphatize with users, passionate on customers and always bringing questions back to what will serve them best
Have experience in Product Experimentation knowing what works and what not.
Have experience with various stage of Product Stages : 0-1, 1-10, 10-100 etcs.
