CIMB Preferred Development Program (CPDP) grooms passionate talent that specifically trained and develop to become a great Relationship Manager Officers complete with the training of necessary skill, knowledge, and attitude to enable their talent and a successful career journey at banking industry.

Candidate’s Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) any major with GPA minimal ≥ 3.0
• Age maximal 26 years old
• Able to work under pressure
• Demonstrate the following qualities: agile, persistence, self-driven, highly motivated, energetic, good interpersonal skill, good analytical and strategic thinking
• Has interest to pursue career in Sales
• Active English (Oral and Written)
• Minimal 1-year experiences as sales/ marketing in banking or financial industry is preferred.
