Major Responsibilities :
- Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
- To greet, escort and seat the guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- To maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant entrance and it’s surrounding.
- To maintain cleanliness, presentation, and stock of the restaurant menus.
- To maintain sufficient stock of stationeries.
- To take every reservations in a friendly and professional manner.
- To follow up any special requests related to reservation.
- To manage and assist the Restaurant Manager in controlling the flow of the guests.
- To ensure that guests are seated according to their requirements.
- To liaise with the managers regarding any relevant guest requirements.
- To make sure enough stock of Newspapers and Magazines.
- To wish all guests Farewell upon conclusion.
- Log in any information about special requirements, preferences from the guests and use it to give the special touch to the service.
- To collect and updating Guests’ database.
- To maintain a clear record about past reservations.
- Responsible for cash float and cashiering.
- To prepare and maintain Buffet Tag.
Requirement :
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in similar position, preferably in luxury environment.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Indonesian and English language.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
- Be a self-motivator and motivator of others.
- Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the menus.
- Be able to relate to all levels of guests and management.
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.
- Have excellent communication and organization skills.
- Be able to consistently delight and satisfy our guest.
- Have the ability to handle guest requests in a detailed manner.
- Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge.
