Civil Coordinator

Job Descriptions :

• Create design concepts for building renovation (existing building)
• Create RAB dan BQ from related designs
• Create detailed drawings of related designs 
• Periodically Supervise the implementation of construction
• Check the work of the contractor to fit the implementation procedures
• Carry out supervision related to civil technical scope (structure, foundation, concrete) and finishing on construction projects
• Handling problems that may arise in the civil technical scope, including conducting tests
• Check usage of materials for construction and provide recommendations to the planning party if there are material discrepancies
• Assisting the marketing team in preparing layout drawings and 3D illustrations
• Accompanying the pre-hand over team to check the list and handover of tenant

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architect 
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Developer or Contractor for Commercial Building / High Rise Project and/or city development roads & infrastructure
• Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office, Auto CAD)
• Having knowledge in Civil Construction, Working Drawing and Structure Material
• Having knowledge to make RAB
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction designs
• Creative and have a good design sense
• Willing to be located in Medan, North Sumatera
