REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Excellent in English
• Understand shop drawing, RAB calculation
• Good in analyze structure (Dimension, specific, material) will be advantage
• Proven experience of working drawings in Engineering (Civil) at least 5 years
• Have a good ability to lead, committed, organized, analytical, and dynamic team player 
• Target oriented, have the leadership skills, problem solving, and integrity
• Good Analytical Thinking, Communication and project management skills. (S-kills : AutoCAD, Sketchup, Tekla, SAP 2000)
• Located in any project area

​​​​​​JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the site manager in terms of project technical planning, schedule, and project work methods.
• Analyze construction drawings, detailed drawings, RKS, and specifications to create the necessary work methods.
• Coordinate and lead the Surveyor, Drafter and Site Engineer team.
• Coordinate work with Site Manager
• Provide reports to the Project Manager or Engineering Manager regarding work progress updates, obstacles and work achievements in the field
• Together with QS/Estimator, analyze the price of work that is appropriate and feasible.
• Periodically conduct technical analysis of new work methods, new ways of working that could be a time savings in the project
• Provide solutions to project technical problems if needed
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of project activities, including progress reports, change orders, and project closeout documentation
