Company Description: Refinery Development Master Plan Project is comprised of Revamp of existing units, and construction of new license unit, non-licensed unit (for ISBL) as well as new offsite and utilities (Os&Us) in Pertamina RU V Balikapapan located in Balikpapan East Kalimatan. The Project focuses on the need to modernize the refining configuration and capabilities to produce more gasoline and other products by converting residue of fuel oil into more valuable products, primarily gasoline and diesel.
