Civil Inspector

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is looking for the most suitable candidate for Civil Inspector located in Bali with the details:
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• At least 2 years (s) of working experience in developer property as a civil Inspector
• Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office, Auto CAD)
• Having knowledge in Civil Construction, Working Drawing, and Structure Material
• Good knowledge of Policies and Procedures of civil work
• Willing to be located in Bali
Responsibilities:
• Manage inspections and documents for construction implementation
• Supervise the use of materials, equipment, and implementation methods
• Oversee the timeliness and cost of construction work
• Supervise the implementation of construction work in terms of quality, quantity, and pace of achievement or physical realization
• Approve daily or weekly work programs and implementation descriptions (shop drawings)
• Conduct regular field meetings with the contractor
• Create supervisory work reports
• Identify potential safety concerns and inform the contractor
• Collect data and information in the field to solve problems that occur in the construction implementation process
• Submit a letter of warning to the implementation of activities when there is a delay in work or discrepancies are found between planning and implementation in the field
• Manage supervision during the maintenance period
