Civil & MEP Estimator

What you will do:
You will be involved in managing the task within the Construction Planning phase by preparing the owner estimation (Internal RAB, BoQ, and estimation timeline), ensuring the DED, preparing the tender documents, creating PR, and creating addendum estimation and recapitulation.

You'll fit in this job if you:

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or MEP Engineering min. 3 years of experience as an estimator
• Good knowledge of construction estimation, have the ability to read and interpret the architectural, engineering, and MEP drawings
• Proficiency in quantity takeoff, cost estimation, and pricing analysis is necessary to accurately estimate project cost and volume
• Good understanding of Civil & MEP engineering principles
• Adapted to managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Good understanding of cost control measures and value engineering concepts is beneficial (cost-saving opportunities and efficiency)
