Civil Project Manager

Job Description:

Nyanyi Bali Development is looking for new team Civil Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of civil engineering projects from inception to completion. The Civil Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects simultaneously, including planning, design, construction, and closeout phases.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients, engineers, and architects.
• Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates, address concerns, and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and financial forecasts to senior management and clients.
• Foster a positive team environment and mentor junior staff members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 (five) years experience in civil engineering and project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of successfully managing civil engineering projects of varying size and complexity.
