Civil Supervisor (Construction - Villa Complex)

1. Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction workers and labourers to achieve project goals.

3. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.

4. Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote safety regulations on the construction site, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any concerns promptly.

5. Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment, ensuring availability as per project requirements.

6. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve construction-related issues and challenges promptly, collaborating with project stakeholders to find effective solutions.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and change orders.

8. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project team members, clients, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is typically required. Relevant certifications in construction management is advantageous. 

2. Experience: Several years of experience in civil construction, with a proven track record of successfully supervising and managing construction projects.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools, and a solid understanding of civil engineering principles.

4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse group of construction professionals.

5. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey project requirements and updates to various stakeholders.

6. Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying and solving construction-related challenges, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

7. Safety Awareness: In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.

8. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that construction work meets quality standards and specifications.

9. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a dynamic construction environment.
