Skills & Requirements
- Have excellent English communication skills.
- IT Literacy (Google family, Google sheet formulas, Data Scrapper, etc).
- Ability to learn company-specific software if required.
- Adaptable, flexible, and resilient, able to cope with the pressure of managing the demands of a high-level volume of work and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient typing and transcription
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic Research and Data collection skills.
- Fast learner
- Preferable to have a good understanding of English semantics.
- Dutch/German-speaking skills preferred
- Able to use Zendesk/Shopify is preferable.
- Have CS background experience is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients/customers with their inquiries and complaints.
- Identify issues.
- Give the clients/customers information about the products and services.
- Respond efficiently to client/customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent service standards.
- Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
- Maintains database by entering new and updated data regularly.
- Maintains Data Entry requirements by following procedures.
