About Us: Aspire is a premier consulting firm dedicated to empowering business leaders, investors, and high-net-worth entrepreneurs in achieving their aspirations in Indonesia. We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Client Relations Executive to join our growing team.

Position Overview: The Client Relations Executive will play a pivotal role in driving direct sales for all Aspire products and services. This role involves managing Client Relationships, acting as a dedicated point of contact, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. The employee will work closely with the marketing team for both online and offline strategies, providing valuable insights from client interactions.

Responsibilities:

1.Sales:

  • Conduct direct sales for Aspire's products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential clients.

2. Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for client inquiries and needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service.

3. Relationship Management:

  • Understand and anticipate client needs.
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to address client requirements.
  • Provide timely responses and solutions to client issues.

4. Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Collect data and feedback from clients for marketing insights.
  • Assist in developing client-focused marketing materials.

5. Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze and improve sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and Client Relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.

Compensation:

  • Base salary plus commission on sales.
Persyaratan minimum:
  • Tersedia jam fleksibel
  • Diperlukan lebih dari 4 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
  • Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
  • Tanggal mulai kerja: 01 April 2024
  • Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,000,000 - Rp4,000,000 per bulan
