Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Banking or related area
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Marketing or other relevant discipline
- English proficiency in listening, writing and speaking
- Have good knowledge of Banking Industry
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To assist Relationship Manager in handling day-to-day transactions and administrative, i.e. account opening process, documents collection/filing, facility activation and facility utilization (drawdown and repayment)
- To monitor principal and interest payment via periodic tracking and send reminder to the customers
- To assist other supporting documents such as back office, bills, credit or loan administration
