The Client Success Manager will contribute to the growth of the company's Expert Matching Services, providing support to the strategic consulting industry and investment funds in Thailand and other Asian countries. This role is crucial in effectively planning, executing, and concluding projects.
As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will work closely with our sales team to understand client needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire client lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all inquiries and requests
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their hiring goals
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs and objectives
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client retention and expansion
Monitor and analyze client usage and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement
Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their hiring progress
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Travel to client sites as needed for meetings and presentations
Qualifications:
- Native Indonesian (Bahasa Speaker ) or bilingual proficiency.
- Strong experience as an account manager, customer relations manager, or customer Success Manager, preferably in the management consulting or investment industry, top headhunting/recruitment agencies, or hospitality.
- Team management experience with a team size of at least 3 members.
- Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced client cycle.
- Previous experience in recruitment roles is a plus.
- Advanced English language skills for comprehensive support in external communication with overseas clients and internal management meetings.
- Effective client communication and critical thinking skills to understand the client's attributes and needs.
- Possess a growth mindset with a strong desire to develop oneself and skills for further career progression.
- Dynamic work planning abilities to efficiently manage your team's time, achieve goals, and handle multiple tasks.
