- Oversee Product Distribution Channel and Inventory Management
- Mantain medical care services and equipment, ensuring its compliance
- Manage Clinic Operations ( Monthly, Quarterly, Mid, Yearly ) focus on Clinic Growth, Patient Experience & Satisfaction, Quality Management ( SOP and Policies)
- Analyze current performance and identify areas of opportunities
- Create and implement various programs to increase patient engagement and satisfaction
- Work together with other internal teams such for enhanced service care
- Maintain a good communication with doctors, specialist doctors as partners of the hospital
- Drive hospital core value of accountability, compassion, integrity, and transparency - becoming an advocate of these values in your day to day and across hospital wide
- Fluency in English and Bahasa is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic operation / hospital management / similar position
- Good experience with managing projects
