Uraian Tugas

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers
  • Analyse and determine eligibility of medical claims
  • Coordiante with providers and specialists in assessing validity of claims
  • Inform patients of the result of validation of claims

Meminta

  • Graduate of BS Nursing
  • Holder of Active USRN license (any US Mainland State) with PHRN license
  • With 1 year of clinical or hospital experience
  • Above average English communication skills - verbal and written
  • Computer literate, familiar with MS Word and Excel
  • Willing to work on Nightshift/Shifting schedule 5-day work week (paid night differential)
  • Fixed Weekends Off
