Cloud Service Operation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide service request fulfillment and L1 incident handling for all of Datacomm Cloud Services.
• Provide service monitoring for all services and infrastructure.
• Communication to customers.
• Daily and monthly operational reports.
• Standby shifting 24x7.

Requirements:

• Graduated from reputable university majoring in Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 1 year experience Experience working in the field of cloud engineering is preferable.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Have knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, OSI Layer, IP Subnetting).
• Familiar with Windows Server and Active Directory/ User Access Management.
• Familiar and have experience operating Monitoring Tools (PRTG, MRTG, etc).
• Able to work in a team or individually and understand the concept of Customer Service Oriented.
• Have knowledge of Cloud Basic Concept.
