Production Supervisor is a coal mine worker who is authorised by the site senior executive to give directions to other coal mine workers in accordance with the safety and health management system.

Job Description :

• Oversee union personnel on rotating shifts while ensuring that the operation complies with authorized practices and procedures, and production requirements are accomplished in a safe and efficient manner
• Implement an effective safety program conducting safety meetings as required, ensure effective new and refresher safety task training for assigned personnel
• Monitor and inspect work areas to assure area is safe and in compliance with all company safety rules and regulations
• Supervise all personnel assigned to them on shift, including assignment of duties, evaluation of performance, training, and recommendation for training

Requirement :

•  Candidate must posses Bachelor's Degree, especially from Mining/Civil/Geologist Engineering
• At least 5 years working experience is required for this position
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving skill, leadership skill also time management
• Focus, detail, conscientious, target oriented and customer satisfaction
• Willing to work in remote area with roster system
