Job Description:
- Oversee the outstanding loans to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately according to company policy.
- Maintain a good working relationship with lending partners and external collection agencies. Ensure timely achievement of outstanding loans targets by formulating & executing debt management strategy.
- Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Identifies areas of the debt management process that need improvement and implements an enhanced process that will increase the number of successfull repayments.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders i.e business owners, data team and others to plan a timely, effective and efficient debt management handling methods, across a full credit cycle. Prepare reports and analyze data pertaining to the department and share with executive staff and managers of department staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 preferred. D3 candidates may apply if no short term intention of furthering studies
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment. Min. 2 years working experience, preferably in Banking, Finance or P2P industries.
- Fluent in written and verbal English preferred
