Responsibilities- Lead and optimize Collection Performance team at Risk Management dept.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
- At least 2 years experienced at collection department in fintech industry/ internet industry
- Must be able to speak in Mandarin (Spoken and Writing)
- Experienced with optimizing Collection Performance
- Results driven, hands on, and able to deliver results
- Able to effectively communication with cross functional teams
