Job Description

  • Define business requirements and processes related with initiatives

  • Proactively monitor and report the progress of deliverables to key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the project or strategy in collections

  • Responsible for the creation, implementation, and evaluation of SOP within Collections

  • Conducting control and supervision over the implementation of applicable SOPs in Collection

  • Analyze the current processes, identify gaps and new ways to optimize and improve performance of business process

  • Assist and coordinate with related parties in designing an effective and efficient workflow

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks requested by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in project management and documentation within the financial services industry, e-commerce industry and/or tech industry

  • Good time management skills and ability to deliver on multiple projects

  • Hands-on experience in Understanding Business Requirements, PRD & Agile Methodology

  • Familiar with operational process management and procedure creations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, organize, analyze information with attention to details and accuracy

  • Have a good critical thinking and detail oriented is a must

  • Strong both in communication skills & English Communication Skills (verbal and written)

  • Familiar with using Confluence, Gsheet & Gdoc. 

  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure
