Job Description
Define business requirements and processes related with initiatives
Proactively monitor and report the progress of deliverables to key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the project or strategy in collections
Responsible for the creation, implementation, and evaluation of SOP within Collections
Conducting control and supervision over the implementation of applicable SOPs in Collection
Analyze the current processes, identify gaps and new ways to optimize and improve performance of business process
Assist and coordinate with related parties in designing an effective and efficient workflow
Perform ad-hoc tasks requested by the supervisor
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in project management and documentation within the financial services industry, e-commerce industry and/or tech industry
Good time management skills and ability to deliver on multiple projects
Hands-on experience in Understanding Business Requirements, PRD & Agile Methodology
Familiar with operational process management and procedure creations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, organize, analyze information with attention to details and accuracy
Have a good critical thinking and detail oriented is a must
Strong both in communication skills & English Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Familiar with using Confluence, Gsheet & Gdoc.
Highly organized and able to work under pressure
