Job Descriptionns:
- Managed desk collection team with total team members of 100 people
- Supervise, develop, and motivate desk collection agents to ensure the collection activity runs effectively and efficiently
- Optimize team member productivity and ensure to achieve the KPI target
- Responsible to management for the results of the team's work.
- Ensure that the entire team works by applicable SOPs and regulations.
- Conduct investigations and follow up on debtor information and requests, if necessary
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least one year experience in management, operations, and leadership.

- Can-do attitude Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
