Commerce Purchasing

As our Commerce Purchasing, you will be responsible on several task as follows:

• Liaise with internal teams, participate in meetings, examine draft contracts, review and negotiate contract terms directly during tender or procurement process with customers and other parties (subcontractors, etc.) to obtain contract terms that are beneficial to the company.
• Negotiate and coordinate contract terms and conditions with internal and external business partners (vendors) to ensure contracts have terms that both parties can agree upon.
• Maintain a good relationship with our client.
• Prepare contracts in accordance with the results of negotiations and at the specified time so that the company's processes run smoothly.
• Finalize the contract and obtain all approvals from all relevant departments. 
• Ensure all deadlines and conditions stated in the contract during implementation can be met by the company by coordinating with relevant internal parties.
• Provide an up-to-date report of a contract and existing terms and conditions to the commerce head so that there is no miss in the implementation of the contract.

Requirement:

• Maximum age of 25 years.
• At least a bachelor's degree in management, Business or similar field.
• Having 2 years of experience in the same position is preferred (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
• Good time management, analytical and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Responsible, high initiative, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team with tight deadlines.
