RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all administration matters in Commercial Department, including database and correspondence with external and internal parties.
- Maintaining good relationships and cooperating with both internal and external parties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hold min. Bachelor Degree in Management or Business Administration or related majors from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).
- Max. 25 years old at the time of application.
- Experienced min. 1 year as Commercial Admin or Administration Staff for Mall, or in the related fields in shopping center/mall.
- Understand English (min. passively).
- Possess good personality, self-motivation, responsible, good initiative, adaptability, & able to work under pressure.
- Good team player, possess ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority, demonstrate capability to meet required project timeframes.
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with all departments and business partners.
- Sociable, willing to serve external and internal customers.
