PT Kirana Mitraabadi, a wax refinery and manufacturing company, is looking for a passionate, and highly competent Commercial & Business Development Head. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Business Development, marketing and branding strategy, marketing communication, store operation and distribution for B2C/retail market, specifically high value products that are distributed through flagship stores in mall, and e-commerce channel.
Responsibilities
- Create Business Development, marketing, and branding strategy for Kirana B2C/retail business.
- Oversee the implementation of Business Development activity plan.
- Make sure the deployment of standard procedures for marketing and sales operation activities.
- Make sure fulfillment and achievement revenue have a sustainability growth by optimizing pricing strategies, identifying cost efficiencies, and optimizing profit.
- Monitor budget for program and promotion activities from any channel based on authority.
- Build sustainable relationships with related stakeholders and key account customer.
- Perform all other relevant essential tasks for increasing business revenue and achieving corporate objectives.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate all distribution channel performance based on corporate target.
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent in the same field.
- 8+ years of experience in the same field with 5+ years in managerial positions.
- 3+ years of experience in retail industries and niche market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Good managerial, leadership and problem solving skills.
- Mastering Ms. Office program.
- Ability to solve problems and give proper and best solution.
- Having deep knowledge in Sales, Marketing and Business Development function proven by experience and success story.
