Commercial Contract Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Ensuring risk management for contract is in place to minimize to exposure for commercial and contract liability in benefit for the company
• Ensuring all elements of contracts related to charter and services are in compliance with the Company policies
• Reviewing all charter - related documents and contracts including draft of contract during tender, or prior to signatory and entered by the Company including internal and back to back charter contracts and term and conditions are agreed as per clarifications with charterer

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Law 
• Minimum 5 years experience in reviewing and analyzing contracts in the Marine/Shipping Industry
• Contractual Agreements and Analytical Skills
• Communication and Contract Negotiation skills
• Legal background and understanding of corporate law and contract law
• Experience in reviewing and analyzing contracts in the Marine Industry
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and across different levels of the organization
