👑 Job Role

• Use data to understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence strategy
• Ensure optimal resources and costs allocation for Commercial Team
• Establish Effort vs Impact matrix from Category and Brands Point of View
• Collaborate closely with Portfolio Strategy team in order to understand hub level specific behavior to define the overall category strategy

⛩️ Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably majoring in Business/Economics/Finance/Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years working experience in business analysis and process improvement related field
• Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
• Enjoy working with numbers
• Strong and enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset and also a can-do attitude
• Basic/Intermediate data analysis skills using Excel or Google Spreadsheet
