Position:Commis I/II - Western Kitchen (Full time #538059)

Location: Hong Kong, China
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mise-en-place in kitchen.
- Maintain proper quantity of par stock for mis-en-place.
- Keep the specific kitchen areas clean and hygienic.
- Check refrigerators, utensils and kitchen equipment on cleanliness.
- Adhere to all the standards of food handling, production, preparation, portioning and presentation.
- To be aware of and adhere to company policies and statutory requirements with regards to health and safety, sanitation, fire procedures and HACCP.
- Assist the senior chefs in preparation and production of all food items.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Commis II.
Requirements:
- 1 year relevant experience in similar capacity;
- Self-motivated and responsible;
- Independent and able to work under pressure;
- Immediate available preferred.
