Commis Pizza - PreOpening Restaurant

Responsibilities:

- Ensure consistency and quality of pizza products in accordance with restaurant standards.

- Prepare ingredients needed for pizza making.

- Manage the process of making pizza dough and toppings according to set recipes.

- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area in accordance with food safety standards.

- Manage raw material inventory and coordinate ordering to the responsible department.

Requirement:

- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in the food industry, specifically in pizza making or kitchen.

- Culinary Knowledge: Understand pizza cooking techniques and ingredients.

- Technical Skills: Able to operate kitchen equipment and measure ingredients precisely.

- Creativity: Ability to create interesting pizza toppings.

- Time Management Skills: Able to manage time well and coordinate with the team.
