- Good command of English and able to converse in English.
- Supervising the day-to-day matters of the projects.
- Assisting in creative and strategic marketing communications approaches in answering brief.
- Understanding the ideas of artworks produced by the team.
- Participate in managing and supervising timeline for the projects (internally).
- Open-mindedness in learning new skills that contributes to the betterment of the team.
- Producing meticulous and creative outcomes ideas and management for the assigned projects.
- Assisting in internal administrative matters such as: Prepare contracts and process documents, maintain financial control across all sub-disciplines, track vendor payments and variations.
- Demonstrable ability to understand and improve existing processes and procedures while assisting in monitoring and report on team and vendor performance.
- Supports the tracking of all contracts, renewals and billing for the region.
- Craft storyboard for video filming and curating of publications, digital/social/editorial content.
