Job Responsibilities

  • Production and organization of fan education materials
  • Planning and implementation of fan activities
  • Management of fan points and distribution of gifts
  • Management of the fan store
  • Preparation, distribution, follow-up, and recovery of fan project prototypes
  • Recruitment and management of fan trials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 1 year of experience in overseas user operations;
  • Language: Chinese & English
  • Familiar with user operation work and methodologies of user operation and growth
  • Data-sensitive, skilled in data analysis, summarization, with a clear and rigorous logic, goal-oriented in user operations
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively coordinate laterally and collaborate across teams
  • Strong logical thinking, insight, self-motivation, stress resistance, and comprehensive management abilities
