Job Responsibilities
- Production and organization of fan education materials
- Planning and implementation of fan activities
- Management of fan points and distribution of gifts
- Management of the fan store
- Preparation, distribution, follow-up, and recovery of fan project prototypes
- Recruitment and management of fan trials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 1 year of experience in overseas user operations;
- Language: Chinese & English
- Familiar with user operation work and methodologies of user operation and growth
- Data-sensitive, skilled in data analysis, summarization, with a clear and rigorous logic, goal-oriented in user operations
- Strong communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively coordinate laterally and collaborate across teams
- Strong logical thinking, insight, self-motivation, stress resistance, and comprehensive management abilities
