Uraian Tugas

Overview

The Plant HR Manager will lead the implementation, standardize, adapt & develop Human Resources initiatives, processes, and tools at plant to meet business requirements. This role will also build the Plant HR team and capability to ensure consistent delivery of Plant HR agenda.

Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition
  • Recruit people timely and quality as TA approval matrix
  • Monitor TA procedure (recruitment, internal transfer, internal job posting, resignation, referral) as TA approval matrix to ensure compliance in execution
  • Monitor onboarding program to ensure all new hires are provided with onboarding program
  • Organize logistics for events related to employer branding (job fair, career talk, etc.) as guideline from TS to ensure well preparation for events
  • Review and verify updated organization chart, Job Description, organization announcement, etc. for timely and accurate update
  • Verify headcount needs with other functions based on line manning to ensure headcount efficiency at plant, including outsourced staffs
  1. Talent Development
  • Monitor training procedure to ensure compliance in execution
  • Conduct training needs for frontline at location to propose suitable training agenda for TS
  • Facilitate training programs as materials from TS (soft skills, leadership program, etc.)
  • Cooperate with other functions to organize functional or compulsory training programs and ensure smooth organization
  • Implement and sustain HR Core Processes (PMP, OHS, MQPI, etc.) for junior managers and below to ensure core process is implemented timely with quality
  • Monitor implementation of culture programs (values, COC, D&I, H&S, local KUDOS, Millionaire program, etc.) as TS guideline to ensure the program is implemented effectively
  • In order to build talent pool and develop people capability, monitor implementation of talent management programs as guideline from TS to meet KPI of each project, such as number of applications, quality of candidates selected, etc. (Management Trainee, Functional career roadmap, etc.)
  1. G&A and Cost management
  • Maximize the effectiveness of all general administration works (office administration, logistics for meeting/ a) training, etc.) to provide the best GA service with optimum cost
  • b) Organize employee engagement programs to provide the best service to employees with optimum cost (teambuilding, women’s day, year-end party, etc.)
  • c) Participate in bidding process, give advices for execution, assess performance, control cost for outside services (security, canteen, receptionist, landscape, etc.)
  1. Total rewards
  • Participate in payroll process and ensure compliance in execution as control owner
  • Monitor execution of personnel activities (personnel profile update, OT request, relocation, social insurance, etc.) to ensure smooth implementation with compliance
  • Monitor execution for C&B allowances & activities (salary review, etc.) to deliver timely and accurate requests
  • Handle questions of C&B policies at location to ensure full understanding of company policies
  1. Control Environment & employee relation
  • Build awareness and raise issues related to Control Environment, including 3rd party labor
  • To be a liaison with the government labor department and ensure information is updated if there’s any change/ guideline from labor department
  • Join taskforce as Internal Auditor for plant process (ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 18001) as guideline to ensure compliance
  • As a control owner, perform control roles and responsibility in accordance with PepsiCo Accountability model. Support Process Owner in driving GCS agenda. Understand the objective of the assigned control(s) and document the test script attributes for effective execution of the control, evaluate control effectiveness through testing as per GCS guidelines and maintain an audit trail to evidence execution of the activities. Ensure timely remediation of any control deficiencies.
Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in psychology, Management, law, or any field. Preferred at least 5 years of experience in HR Management, preferable in FMCG Industry.

  • Strong at leadership, problem solving, project management, time management & planning skill
  • Proficient in computer office skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Fluency in English in verbal & writing
