Responsibilities:
- Develop customer community program designs based on established directions
- Develop special rewards for community members
- Manage communication between Adira Finance and community members
- Executing Offline and Online events to support community programs
Requirements:
- Candidates must at least possess a bachelor's degree from any communication studies with a minimum GPA of 3,00.
- At least 1 (one) year of experience with Community Management/Event Management.
- Open for fresh graduates.
- Understands the basics of community management and programs.
- Ability to create events and programs to maintain customer & community loyalty.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to coordinate with internal & external parties.
- Have an analytical, creative and thorough mindset.
