Community Partnership Program (CPP) Officer

Job Description:

• Approach and build relations with smallholder farmers inside and outside concession for Partnership Program with the Company.
• Negotiation and engagement with the smallholder farmers inside the concession to form Forest Farmers Group (KTH) and join the Forestry Partnership Scheme.
• Implementation of rubber based agroforestry system including; Rubber Replanting, Cuplump Offtake, Intercropping, etc.
• Ensuring safety culture and ethics are embedded.
• Build a good relationship with related stakeholders.
• Implement various other tasks given by management in accordance with their field of work

Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Social, Social Forestry, Agriculture with at least 1 (one) year of work experience in social field.
• Have experience working in a plantation is preferable
• Competencies: Deep knowledge in Social Engagement, Social Forestry, Partnership.
• Deep knowlegde in conflict mediation and resolution
• Good communication across different levels
