About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.
• Our client is a Japanese Entertainmentcompany. Currently, they are looking for Compensation and Benefit Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Calculate and process payroll for all employees including upper management.
• Handle BPJS (registration & deactivation) including coordinating in the BPJS office.
• Overtime and attendance information collection.
• Review and support system improvement.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Min. 5 years as Compensation & Benefit function, with 3 years as Supervisor level, experienced in handling payroll and BPJS for 300+ employees, experienced in using ERP system.
• Updated with PPh21 regulation, able to work with minimum supervision.
• Good work ethics, honest, good integrity, smart, motivation for improvement and change.
