Job Descriptions:
• Conduct recording, analysis, and payment process for all employees ( all position levels) and prepare monthly payroll cost report.
• Liaise with related divisions to conduct validation and reconciliation of every compensation transaction.
• Prepare Payroll Report details for further process in Finance Division.
• Calculate, report, and ensure all of BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, and PPh 21 of all employees are processed accurately.
• Maintain and prepare the tax calculation on benefit in kind which has been paid to employees.
• Reconcile headcount, salaries, and other income data (such as overtime or incentives) between employee database or hard copies and Payroll System including log and report any payroll cases.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree majoring in Accounting, Information Technology (IT), Computerized Accounting, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience as Compensation Benefit & Payroll Supervisor/staff.
• Experienced in organizing Salary Structure standards based on the Organization Structure/ Charts.
• Experienced in handling Payroll in a company that has more than 2000 employees.
• Familiar with Government Regulation in Compensation & Benefit e.g regulation and implementation of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, Tax Article 21 (PPH 21), and also employee e-SPT.
• Mastering in using Ms. Office application: Word, Excel (with advanced skill in Data Processing).
• Possess high attention to detail, honest and can maintain company's confidentiality
• Preferably having experience in HRIS and Payroll Information systems will be an advantage.
