Comunity Development Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree/diploma from all major
• 28-50 years old
• Minimum 5 years experience in CSR
• Having leadership skills
• Creative & have a broad corporate network
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to be place in North Morowali with 8: 2 roster system

Job Descriptions :

• Creating community empowerment program (Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat / PPM) plans for R1, R2, and R3 according to social mapping
• Monitoring existing programs and provide evaluation assessments
• Preparing work plans and operational budgets on annual and monthly basis
• Managing program funds/budget in accordance with the plan and providing fund usage reports
• Making weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• Facilitating complaints from external parties to the company by carrying out existing company procedures and ensuring the resolutions of a complain
