Consolidation Manager

About the Team
Besides handling all functions related to Fazz's well-being, from accounting, recording keeping, cash flow, and administrative work, the Finance team is the key that will help Fazz effectively grow to continue reinventing financial access in Southeast Asia.
What You Will Do

• Oversee month-end closing for the holding entities
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for SG/Group entities.
• Prepares financial reporting to internal and externals stakeholders.
• Review and improve controls and processes over reporting processes.
• Manage annual audit and related requirements for SG/Group entities.
• Research and discuss complex accounting and reporting issues related to consolidation and significant Inter-company transactions.
• Other Ad-hoc matters.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 7 years practical work experience and familiarity with areas of intercompany transactions, revaluation, translation, ESOP accounting, multi-currency consolidations and financial reporting and at least 2-3 years of management responsibility.
• Proficiency in use of accounting software for inter-BU cost allocations
• CPA or Accounting certification preferred
• Strong leadership with associate performance management experience, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical accounting skills including knowledge of IFRS and Indonesia Accounting Standard.
• Ability to work with a high level of initiative, self-motivation, and confidence; work cordially with others.
• Work in a fast-paced work environment with definitive timelines.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
