Work foreman / foreman
Required work experience: 3–6 years
Main responsibilities:
- Conducting construction work,
- Monitoring the work of contractors and subcontractors,
- Maintaining all necessary logs for the facility,
- Control of materials, quality and timing of work performed,
- Control of civil works on the site, carried out by contractors;
- Compliance with the work schedule;
- Compliance with labor protection and fire safety standards and requirements;
- Quality control of work performed by contractors with the preparation of instructions and defect reports;
- Checking the scope of work performed;
- Carrying out official assignments of the Site Manager/Project Manager/Construction Director
- Participation in meetings, resolving customer issues, maintaining documentation.
- Delivery of the object,
Requirements:
- Experience as a civil engineer/works manager/site manager for at least 3 years (full cycle of work);
- Experience working on housing and civil construction projects; hotel and hospitality business.
- Knowledge of technologies and methods of conducting construction work;
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework, current building regulations, rules, instructions;
- Standards of industrial safety, electrical safety, labor protection;
- Experience in accepting the volume and quality of work performed;
- Confident PC user (Autocad, MS Office, MS Project);
- We are considering candidates for positions - work foreman, site manager, project manager, civil engineer, project manager, construction control specialist, technical supervision.
- Portrait of a successful candidate:
- Relevant experience in multi-storey housing construction is a must.
- Experience working at hotel complexes and apart-hotels; recreational facilities will be a significant advantage.
- Experience in organizing and monitoring general construction work performed by contractors;
- Business and personal qualities: high degree of responsibility, self-organization, learning ability, initiative;
- Knowledge of building codes, technology of general construction and special types of work; norms and requirements of occupational health, safety and industrial safety.
- Completed higher specialized education (civil engineering).
