Construction Manager (Greenfield And Brownfield)

Plan, direct, and monitor all project resources in the field to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and in accordance with the specifications.

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor's degree of Civil or Mechanical Engineering 
• Min. 8 to 10 years of previous experiences in construction as Construction Manager.
• Analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate and detail records.
• Willing to Work extended hours to ensure project completion on time.
• Organizational, supervisory and negotiating skills
• Computer literate, including knowledge of computerized architectural data bases and/or CAD drawing systems.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is a must.
