Qualifications & experience
- Have at least 4 years of experience in related role.
- Proficient in managing and maintaining construction equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Proficient in overseeing daily on-site operations, also implement project policies and procedures to maintain an organized work environments.
- Have effective communication to coordinate and collaborate with all project stakeholders.
- Have experience in providing training and guidance to construction crews on best practices and safety measures.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site activities to ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and team members.
- Monitor progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for project documentation.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve conflicts when necessary.
