Qualifications & experience

• Have at least 4 years of experience in related role.
• Proficient in managing and maintaining construction equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability and functionality.
• Proficient in overseeing daily on-site operations, also implement project policies and procedures to maintain an organized work environments.
• Have effective communication to coordinate and collaborate with all project stakeholders.
• Have experience in providing training and guidance to construction crews on best practices and safety measures.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site activities to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and team members.
• Monitor progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for project documentation.
• Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve conflicts when necessary.
