Skills required: 1. Project supervisor: Develops a detailed project plan, including schedule, budget, and required resources. Develop strategies to overcome potential risks and problems that may arise during project implementation.
2. Time management: Proficient time management skills to allocate resources, prioritize, tasks, and optimize project schedules to ensure timely achievement of project milestones. 3. Excellent communication (written and verbal): strong verbal and written communication to convey ideas, instructions, and updates clearly and effectively to team members, clients, and stakeholders. 4. Customer service and client management: Skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and managing their satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
