The Program
Trainees will be developed into professional consultants in one of the following area of expertise:
- Human Resources Management
- Marketing Management
- Project Management
- Procurement Management
The Development Methodology
A proper combination of:
- Self-study
- Coaching by a Mentor
- Attending training courses & workshops
- Desk research activities
- Field research activities
- Special assignments
The Period Of Traineeship
- Master’s degree holder : 12 months
- Bachelor’s degree holder : 24 months
The Candidates
Basic Requirements:
- Male / Female
- High IQ, EQ and SQ
- High achievement motivation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holder from a reputable institution
- Good English verbal and written
- Age : maximum 27 years
