- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously refine research methodologies to ensure the collection of high-quality data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate consumer insights into product features and enhancements, present findings and recommendations to related teams.
âŠī¸ Requirements
- Candidate must own at least Bachelor Degree in science related major: chemistry, chemical engineering, food science, pharmacy, biology, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in Consumer and Technical Insights within the FMCG industry is a plus.
- Experience in consumer research, ideation, insights generation, claims support, technical communications, and product prototyping.
- Proficient in English, especially in engaging with resources outside of Indonesia.
