Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of content creators, graphic designers, and copywriters to ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives.
• Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's brand and resonate with the target audience.
• Oversee the entire content creation process, from concept development to final execution.
• Ensure that content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Communication, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creative Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Proficient in content creation tools and platforms.
• Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Premier, After Effect.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter) algorithms, and trends. 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen sense of aesthetics and creativity.
• Having an interest in tourism industry based on conservation.
