Overview:
A Content Creator cum Digital Marketing Executive is an individual who possesses a combination of skills in content creation and Digital Marketing. This role involves creating compelling and engaging content while also implementing Digital Marketing strategies to promote that content and drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and compelling content for the company's products and services.
- Plan and oversee advertising and communication campaigns, including Digital Marketing initiatives (such as social media, newsletters, influencer marketing, and video marketing) as well as exhibitions and promotional events.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition in the industry.
- Initiate and manage surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction levels.
- Create persuasive and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, and website content.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to facilitate collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor the progress of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and prepare comprehensive performance reports.
- Collaborate with senior management in developing budgets and ensuring prudent expenditure.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a marketing executive, corporate communications executive, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Canva.
- Any other graphic and/or video skills will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Strong English communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Meticulous and have an eye for detail.
- Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Willing to work in West Jakarta.
