Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for Instagram and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, and photographs that align with our brand identity and values.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure regular and strategic posting on all Social Media platforms.
• Monitor Social Media trends and leverage insights to optimize content strategies and campaigns.
• Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and collaborating with influencers to build a strong brand presence.
• Analyze and report on content performance, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Social Media tools, platforms, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 years proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing skills in graphic design, videography, and photography.
• Expertise in using Social Media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, with a deep understanding of their analytics tools.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce content that resonates with our target audience.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
