Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage Content Management System (CMS) to support the overall growth in term of apps traffic, including but not limited to setting up partners, the vouchers and its usage
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance at scale by utilizing various and analytical tools
- Manage and monitor the operation process of the content displayed on the application
- Analyze and review content according to the standards and guidelines
- Control the quality of materials published in the application
- Ensure project flow and performance by keep monitoring the progress form all related parties
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns
- Liaise with related team for bugs, errors, and apps enhancement which related to all above tasks
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure the successfulness of in-app car registration process completely
- Observe and follow up the escalation of customer service case and manage the SLA
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major with minimum 4 years of experience in tech-based companies
- Have experience on managing Content Management System
- Able to work in detail and in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
